Delivery Information

Delivery charges are per order:

United Kingdom

1) For All Standard Delivery - Free Shipping

-(2-5 working days), which costs £0, and does not require a signature.

2) Priority delivery (1-3 working days), which costs £7.99, and does require a signature.

Germany

-Priority delivery (4-7 working days), which costs €25.

France

-Priority delivery (4-7 working days), which costs €25.

Most of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Our Standard delivery is absolutely free for orders over £60. If you have any special delivery requests kindly email us on info@anandprive.com or call on 0208 567 4488 / 0208 567 6688. 

Note, for our express delivery to be with you within the time frame, we please ask you to place your order by 3 pm GMT.

Also, in rare occasions,  due to factors that are beyond our control and when in peak seasons, there may be longer delivery times. If or when these events occur, we will inform you on updated delivery times immediately. 

If you would like to deliver to a different address than your billing, then please enter your selected billing and shipping address at checkout. It is essential you do this at the checkout page, as once orders have been despatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. 

You will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when anandprive.com has been fully paid. 

If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason the Royal Mail will then notify you by way of leaving a card, should this happen you should follow the instructions on where to collect your parcel this is normally at your local sorting office. If you fail to collect it from the local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us .We will be able to redeliver, however you will need to authorised us to charge your debit/credit card for such a redelivery. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will automatically refund any amounts already paid less any delivery and administration charges. 

If your item does not arrive for some reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can shed more light on this issue and come to an appropriate solution. 

We only ship inside the UK. It is up to the customers' responsibility to put their postage address correctly in our address information system. We are not responsible for the parcel once we despatch it. If there are any problems with the delivery once you have a tracking number and is despatched, please contact Royal Mail directly.
